If you are not happy with your purchase please call 905-265-7700 for a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please print the RA# boldly on the exterior of the package as no unauthorized returns will be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in new condition and include any factory packaging and tags. Any merchandise returned in a condition other than original will not be available for refund or exchange. Upon inspection of the returned item we will issue you a full credit for the item purchase price.

Return shipping costs will be refunded only for those items determined to have a manufacture defect or to have been caused by an error in processing your order. Any such refund may not exceed the original shipment charges. For other returns, shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for all charges involved in returning the item to us. These charges may include shipping, customs and duty. When shipping from outside of Canada, please describe contents as "Canadian Goods Being Returned" or send direct to our USA address. We are not responsible for any return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
